Электрический секундомер ПВ-53Щ

Секундомер электрический ПВ-53Щ предназначен для измерения времени срабатывания электрических реле и других контактных устройств.
Секундомер позволяет измерять:
время втягивания или время отпадания электрических устройств с нормально замкнутыми или нормально разомкнутыми контактами;
разницу во времени замыкания или размыкания любых двух пар контактов.
Секундомер электрический ПВ-53Щ - щитовой прибор утопленного монтажа.
Секундомер предназначен для работы при температуре окружающего воздуха от -20 до +50 °С и при относительной влажности до 80 %.
Секундомер предназначен душ использования в режиме кратковременного включения, при этом он начинает действовать с момента подачи тока через зажимы прибора на катушку возбуждения.
Остановка секундомера производится двумя способами:
отключением напряжения;
шунтированием катушки возбуждения.
При остановке секундомера на катушку возбуждения не будет подаваться ток, но добавочное сопротивление будет включено.
В секундомере возврат стрелок на нуль производится поворотом рукоятки, расположенной в правом нижнем углу крышки корпуса.

The ПВ-53Щ electric timer is designed for measuring the operating time of electrical relays and other contact devices.
The timer allows the following measurements:
the pull-in time and the dropout time of electrical devices with normally closed or normally opened contacts;
differences in making or breaking time of any two pairs of contacts.
The ПВ-53Щ electromechanical timer is a switchboard flush-type seconds counter.
The timer is intended for operation at an ambient temperature from -20 to +50°C and relative humidity up to 80%.
The timer performs short-time duties. The timer starts it’s functioning, the instant, the power is applied through the terminals to the field coil.
The timer is stopped in two ways:
by deenergizing the timer;
by shorting the field coil. When the timer is brought to a stop, no current flows in the field coil, but the series capacitor discharge resistance remains energized.
The hands of type ПВ-53Щ timer are returned to zero by turning the knob located at the right bottom corner of the case cover.
ПВ-53Щ timer employs a vibration system with a polarized relay used as the actuator.
When a flow of alternating current takes place in field coil, electromagnet armature (vibrator) rigidly linked with fork pin oscillates between the poles of permanent magnet 11 at a frequency of 50 Hz.
The oscillating motion of fork 6 imparts rotation to helical gear'  having 50 teeth.
Liach time the fork strikes the helical gear, the latter sweeps half a tooth, i.e. 1/100 th of a turn. Therefore, at the frequency (f) of 50 Hz the helical gear along with the main hand fitted on its shaft sweeps 1 revolution in 1 second.
The main hand sweeps against a scale divided to each decisecond and centisecond.
The main hand shaft carries pinion 4 (Z = 12 teeth) which transmits the rotation to gear 10 (Z = 120) of the auxiliary hand shaft at the ratio of 10 to 1. Thus, the auxiliary hand makes one revolution in 10 revolutions of the main hand. The auxiliary hand dial is 10 seconds by seconds.
The instrument is provided with special mechanism used to return the hands to zero.
The timer is arranged in a plastic case closed by a plastic cover.
There are four terminals on the case used to connect the timer to the set-up.
To reduce the power consumption, the timer circuitry includes a capacitance-discharge resistances which are bridged by a resistor.
